Meet Alissa
My path to Still Sound has taken a few unexpected turns. I spent more than a decade working in addiction and mental health, supporting people with complex, dual-diagnosis needs. I later stepped away from that work to raise my two boys—a chapter that reshaped my understanding of presence, patience, and connection.
Along the way, I became a technical scuba diver and trained in psychedelic facilitation. Diving taught me how powerful it can be to slow down, regulate the breath, and remain present in unfamiliar spaces. My facilitation training deepened my respect for carefully held, intentional experiences. Still Sound brings these parts of my life together through immersive sound, vibration, and thoughtfully guided sessions that create space for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
